Ornament – Flash of Light
Description
A suspended piece that captures and diffracts light.
This elongated crystal is hand-cut from slightly iridescent transparent glass.
Fine white inclusions are deposited before firing, then the glass is fused at high temperature. The surface remains clear and luminous, with subtle reflections that vary depending on the angle and time of day.
To hang in a Christmas tree, near a window or simply in a space where light circulates.
Each piece is made one by one in my workshop.

Workshop note
Each piece has slight variations in shape, transparency and the arrangement of white inclusions.

Care
Glass is very resistant and can be brought into contact with water.
On the other hand, to preserve silver and vermeil, it is recommended to avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes and chemicals.
Store the jewelry separately to protect the glass and the metal finish.
Clean gently with a soft cloth.

Hand-cut glass fused at high temperature in my workshop in the Laurentians.
Each piece is made one by one:
The glass is cut, melted and polished, then mounted on solid silver or vermeil, also hand-crafted.
Slight variations may exist — they are part of the unique character of each creation.
