1. My work

Playing with shapes and colors I cut by hand pieces of colored glass that will be then fused at high temperature (1500°F).  That is how I create my different jewellery and decorative objects inspired by glass and light !

Once out of the kiln, I then coldwork each and every piece by hand. That is how I create facets, angles, different finishes and textures.  Using materials such as goldfilled, sterling silver, leather and stainless steel the pieces become a lasting item of timeless jewellery, classic and modern.

Each component used to fabricate my jewelry and lighting is made by me in my residential workshop.

2. Returns and exchanges

I’m happy to accept exchanges if you’ve ever made a mistake or changed your mind.

  • To exchange your purchase contact me within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return items 14 days after delivery.
  • No refund. Cancellation of the order possible within 24 hours of payment.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is a problem with your order.

2.1 Returns

  • All shipping fees need to be covered by buyer.
  • Shipping costs and customs are not refundable.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for: 

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale


My creations come with a warranty time within six months from delivery thereof become defective as the result of faulty or inefficient manufacture, materials or workmanship. The repair or exchange will be free of charge upon presentation of invoice.

All transportation charges, if applicable, will be upon the buyer. The warranty does not cover damages caused by  misuse, neglect or accidents.

 3.1 Repair

I offer repair services to extend the life of your jewelry or light.
All shipping fees are the responsibility of customer and payable in advance even if your repair is covered by warranty.

4. Refund

No refunds are possible allowing for exceptions.

Exceptions being for a mistake on our part on the merchandise (Manufacturing defect, shipping error…)

5. Handling

Glass is thick and strong. The biggest dangers are ceramic and concrete floors. Please handle with care.

6. Payment

Payment must be completed before the order is shipped.
You can pay via Paypal or personal checks, merchandise will be shipped once the payment is complete.

You have 24 hours to cancel an order once it has been placed after that time a refund is impossible.

7. Shipping

I ship via Canada Post. For orders outside Canada, this option doesn’t include tracking number. If you are interested in a tracked package, please send me a message and ask me to upgrade your shipping. Please note that this will cost you extra and all shipping fees need to be covered by the buyer.

Once payment is complete, your order will be dispatched to the address you provide within delays mentioned according to the destination.

I take great care on the package of my jewelry to I take great care on the package of my jewelry to ensure it’ll arrive to you in perfect condition. In case some damage of the item occurs due to transportation, don’t worry, let me know as soon as possible and I will arrange an exchange of your purchase.

8. Processing time

  • For orders in Quebec: from 5 to 12business days.
  • For orders in Canada: from 7 to 12 business days.
  • For orders in the US: 6-18 business days.
  • Rest of the world: At least 10 business days (This always depends on the country, in most cases, international orders arrive within two or three weeks).

I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

9. Custom taxes

  • For items delivered in Canada, taxes in effect in the destination province apply.
  • For items delivered elsewhere in the world, you will have to pay the taxes and customs duties applicable upon receipt of the package.
  • The amount of these taxes and duties is in no way our control; they vary by country.
  • For international shipping, custom fees may apply and the buyer is responsible for covering those fees.

I reserve the right not to honor and cancel any order from a user who uses a promotional code inappropriately and / or without my consent.
